Lori Greene, JD, is a member of the Lawyers of Distinction organization (2023 and 2024), selected by the nominating committee for her expertise in Family Law. She graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School and received her undergraduate degree, with high honors, from Tufts University.  She is a certified mediator and a collaborative divorce attorney, licensed to practice law in New York, with over 20 years of combined legal and business experience.  Lori’s broad range of experience and skills include: complex family law matters, insurance coverage disputes, and commercial litigation cases, allowing her to skillfully assist clients in resolving all of their business and legal issues involved with divorce.  

Lori’s mediation training and experience included working with Cluster Community Services of Rockland and Westchester Counties, where she facilitated commercial dispute resolutions, as well as complex family dispute resolutions.

In her private family law practice, working as a divorce mediator and collaborative attorney, she is gratified by helping her clients reach workable, out of court solutions.  The fees are affordable, so families with moderate means can get the quality assistance they need and deserve in this stressful time of divorce or separation.   

Lori is an active member of various esteemed professional organizations in the legal and mediation fields, including: Lawyers of Distinction, Family Law, the New York State Bar Association, Family Law Section,  Westchester County Bar Association member, Family Law, The New York State Counsel on Divorce Mediation, and the NY Association of Collaborative Professionals. Lori has also actively supported non-profit organizations, including providing hundreds of hours of pro-bono legal services for Pace Law School’s Justice Center programs, assisting domestic abuse victims and other clients with their family law related concerns.
